These Terms are provided in English and govern the use of the platform regardless of the language in which any support communication is provided. Where a translation is made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Registration and participation are strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction. Being of legal age does not, in itself, confirm that gambling is lawful for you in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. To create an Account, Users must complete the registration form with accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. A strong, unique password must be selected. The platform strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) upon registration, particularly for users accessing from shared devices in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify h8527 support immediately at [email protected]. The Operator accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Players may request permanent or temporary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to completed KYC verification.

Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. Methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as options subject to current operator and provider terms. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live-dealer games, by human dealers operating under controlled studio conditions. The Operator does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or winning result. All RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
In the event of a software or communication malfunction that materially affects a bet or game outcome, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.
